Check List...
    Now that you are ready to proceed with your mailing campaign, please verify that you have provided the following:

    ____ Data File:
    ____      1. File structure: all fields are defined; if complex data base, fields to use are marked;
    ____      2. All fields are separated and tabbed delineated; or export format is specified;
    ____      3. Additional files for letter personalization, artwork, etc.
    ____ Artwork and/or film-work (if provided from outside source);
    ____ All materials (includes letterhead, reply envelopes, postcards, etc);
    ____ One sample (exactly the way you want it to be mailed);
    ____ Special instructions (make sure your instructions are self explanatory);
    ____ Postage payment (must be pre-paid before the commencement of any project). Direct Mail Center accepts checks, cash, Visa*, Master-Card* and American Express*;
    ____ Job pre-payment (must be pre-paid if you are a first-time client);
    ____ Credit Application completed & faxed (new clients only);
    ____ Contact person in your Accounts Payable Department.
    ____ Instructions to your Account Manager regarding leftovers: delivery, UPS, recycle or to be picked up. Direct Mail Center will store your materials for 30 days. If you do not pick it up by the last day, all materials will be recycled, diskettes disposed of, etc., unless other arrangements are made.
