BARCODE YOUR REPLY MAIL

When you include a reply mail device in your direct mail package, the postal service requires you to have it barcoded so to qualify the outgoing mail for absolute minimum postage. You could be paying a lot of extra postage when it takes little time to add this to you reply card or reply envelope.

All reply envelopes (courtesy or Business reply) must bear a barcode

Process:

1. Barcoding Courtesy Reply Mail (CRM)

• E-mail your reply card or reply envelope artwork in its exact size;
  You can also simply e-mail us the address, type of mail (envelope postcard) with its exact size.
• Direct Mail Center will verify or add the zip+4 digits
• Then, we’ll add the barcode necessary at the required location
• Finally it will be returned to you as camera ready art.

2. Barcoding Business Reply Mail (BRM)

• E-mail your business reply card or business reply envelope artwork in its exact size;
  Or simply the address, type of mail (envelope postcard) and its exact size.
  Plus we need the BRM Account number and post office location.
• Direct Mail Center will verify or add the zip+4 digits
• Then, we’ll add the barcode necessary at the required location
• Finally it will be returned to you as camera ready art.
