How does an Organic Mailing works?

You have the choice of 4 different Organic Mailing packages:

1. Organic Letter Package: The package includes:

   • one letter (8.5x11")
   • one personalized reply form (8.5x3.5")
   • a #9 reply envelope, and
   • 2 postcards
   • in a double window #10 envelope

   At reception of this letter package, the recipient returns the reply devise in the reply envelope; then mails out the 2 postcards to share the information with friends; these postcards are to lead the final recipient into an action: going to a store to redeem a discount, e.g., or to lead to a URL. (see photo sample)

2. Organic Postcard Package: This package includes 3 postcards in a tri-folded mailer. One is for the addressee, and the other two are for the recipient to send out to someone they want to share the information with. This mailer can either be used as an advertisement and/or to lead the recipient to a web site.

   This organic postcard package is printed in 4-color on 2 sides and its final size is sized 4 x 6" (unfolded size is 12x6")

3. Organic Brochure Package: This package is 8.5x12" folded in half to 8.5x6"; one of the panel sized 6x8.5" is the information on your company and the other panel of the same size is split into 2 tear-off postcards each sized 4.25x6". The main panel is for the addressee, and the other two is for the latter to send out to someone they want to share the information.

   This organic brochure package is printed in 4-color on 2 sides.

4. Organic E-mail Package: When we talk e-mail marketing, we think that it go directly to a spam box... Not with our Organic E-mail Package campaign. We send out a postcard or brochure (see Quick Mailing) to lead the recipient to e-mail their friends your information; you will require them to cc you giving you the addresses and you can reward them for it.
