First time client needs to prepay at least half of the estimated cost upon placing order; the balance is due prior to mail drop.
Existing client: upon approval of their credit application, Direct Mail Center services payment terms are Net 30 days; and all postage costs due to the U.S. Postal Service need to be prepaid.

Once you know the amount due, please complete the Credit Card Payment Form and fax to 415-252-9100, or e-mail the scanned form

Postage Account at the USPS: once you have a postal permit (yearly fee of $175—may change without notice), and you use this with indicia on your mail pieces, then you will need enough money on your account when your mail is delivered. You can deliver or mail the check to the post office (may be delayed by a few days), or send the check (written to the attention of the post office) to Direct Mail Center so it can be delivered to your account. The postal receipt will be mailed to you with your invoice.
Postage Credit Account at Direct Mail Center: this gives you access to your postage money rather simply. You estimate and send to Direct Mail Center the amount of postage needed for a certain period. The postage used and the remaining balance will appear on all invoices. And you refill the account when it gets low. If you want a refund, a check is sent to you promptly.
EasyPermit Postage:
- Apply at www.easypermitpostage.pb.com using Direct Mail Center Mailing House Identification number (call 415-252-1600 or e-mail for the ID #)
- Make the fund transfer 24/7 from any internet connection. Transfer order in by noon, available to us the next morning

By check or cash	No Fee
By credit card: Visa, M/C, AmEx	Fee to card processing vendor is 4.0%	Client complete the Credit Card Payment Form and fax to 415-252-9100 or email the scanned form
By PayPal	Fee to PayPal is 3%	client logs onto PayPal site click on “Business” click on “send money online” Type in the credit card info and amount Note: PayPal fee is about 3%; Direct Mail Center will credit the client’s account with the NET payment received (total paid minus fee) through PayPal
By ACH	Processing fee is $10	Fill in ACH Authorization Form indicating the bank account number. Direct Mail Center will initiate the electronic debit from the client’s bank account

IMPORTANT: Review the Sales tax on Printed Material; if you believe you qualify for exemption, please print & complete the form from the State Board of Equalization link and fax/email to Direct Mail Center. Complete the California Sales Tax Exemption form and fax or email back to Direct Mail Center.
